VEGADECÁSEDA SPECIAL SELECTION
VINIFERAS: Grape varieties 40% Tempranillo, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
ELABORATION: Traditional fermentation and maceration during 17 days at controlled temperature 28ºC. Separation is done when equilibrium between color and fruit qualities is reached.
CRIANZA: 3 Months in French oak Allier barrels very fine and medium toasted .
CARACTERISTICS: Fruity wine that exhibits all the qualities of grown fruit with a touch of liquorices, black and red berries with a little touch of oak.
