VEGADECÁSEDASELECTION

VINIFERAS:  Grape varieties Tempranillo 45%, Merlot 45% and Cabernet Sauvignon 10%.

ELABORATION: Traditional fermentation and maceration during 15 days at controlled temperature 28ºC. Separation is done when equilibrium between color and fruit qualities is reached.

CRIANZA:  Unoaked

CARACTERISTICS:  Totally fruit wine in which you can taste all the qualities of mature fruits with a touch of licorice, black and red berries.

VINTAGE: 2006

VEGADECÁSEDA SPECIAL SELECTION

VINIFERAS: Grape varieties 40% Tempranillo, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.

ELABORATION: Traditional fermentation and maceration during 17 days at controlled temperature 28ºC. Separation is done when equilibrium between color and fruit qualities is reached.

CRIANZA: 3 Months in French oak Allier barrels very fine and medium toasted .

CARACTERISTICS: Fruity wine that exhibits all the qualities of grown fruit with a touch of liquorices, black and red berries with a little touch of oak.

VINIFERAS: Grape varieties 55% Tempranillo, Syrah 30%, Merlot 15%.

ELABORATION: Traditional fermentation and maceration during 19 days at controlled temperature 28ºC. Separation is done when equilibrium between color and fruit qualities is reached.

CARACTERISTICS: Full fruit wine with body and great colour in which all the qualities of the 3 varieties combine perfectly to create a wine of great complexity.
