THE TASTING
Melius and Vega de Cáseda are wines produced with very selected grapes and aged in French oak casks. The whole process has been based on getting balance among the fruit, ripness,tannic structure and a balsamic touch given by wood. It's a handsome and fine wine with remembrance of red and ripe fruits,something of compote and nuts. Spicy touches and a fair tannic power as well give complexity and favour an structured and delicious mouth filling. The aftertaste is long-lasting. |
